PAYMENT:
Secure payment by credit card with PayPal or Google Checkout; echecks through PayPal; money orders or cashiers checks. (PayPal eChecks delay shipping slightly.) Money orders and cashiers checks must be received within seven business days.

SHIPPING:
Most items are shipped by US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation tracking. (A few of our heavier items are shipped by UPS Ground Insured, as shown in the item's description.) Shipping fees are based on combined weight, and your final shipping charges can be reviewed during checkout, before payment.
We ship Monday through Friday, usually within 2 business days of receiving payment. Since we make our own products by hand, occasionally we may need a few extra days to prepare your order for shipment. If this happens, we’ll email you so you’ll know exactly when to expect shipment and arrival. We like to keep in touch with our customers!
No handling or packing fees! We save our customers money by using US Priority Mail for lightweight orders, and UPS Ground for heavy orders. However, if either shipping method presents a problem for you, just email us (wroughtiron@q.com) and let us know your preferences.

COMBINED SHIPPING:
If you buy more than one item, our store will usually calculate the combined shipping automatically, and your Priority Mail shipping fee will be based on the combined weight of the items you order.
If our shopping cart accidentally calculates a higher shipping fee than our actual shipping cost, we’ll adjust your total or refund the difference. We do everything we can to keep shipping fees low!

APO/FPO Addresses:
We appreciate the men and women of our armed forces serving our country overseas, and we’re happy to ship to APO and FPO addresses. APO/FPO orders are sent by US Mail Priority Insured. Due to the varying schedules of military mail handling, we can't predict the delivery time. We'll send a shipping confirmation email when we ship your order, so you'll know it's on the way.

At this time we do not offer shipping to any addresses outside of the United States.

REFUNDS:
All of our products may be returned for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping.) If you’re not pleased with your purchase for any reason, please email us. Items may be returned for refund within two weeks of delivery. We don't charge restocking fees.

We understand that ordering online is an indication of your trust in us. We never sell, rent, or exchange names or any other information about our customers for any reason, period.
